Update: Brought my phone to the service centre and they said its a "burnt mark". Mentioned that it is one of the "characteristics of the phone" zzzzzzz

Me. Got the V20 cuz had to return note 7 and i came from S7e. Waiting to go back to S8 or N8.

Might change to G6 instead. Not S8 for sure. I can't stand the useless curves sides. Such a tall phone will be a hassle for me. But then, V20 is still a power tank for almost anything. Not sure if I can do without removal battery.

wanna dump the phone as the OS is crappy. still can't root the phone yet.

but it kind hard to find a wide angle camera phone, with 3G/4G dual SIM support and dedicated SD card slot.

So finally you got the so called "burnt mark" rectified by LG. Thats great. You no longer need to bear the defective display.

haha nah i was just reiterating LG's saying its not a burn mark... its a "characteristic". Months down the road, we can check in again with the user whether the characteristic comes back again. I would wanna change my screen towards the end of the 1st year if they support it.
