LG w2261vp display problem.

Anyone using LG w2261vp? I've got this problem when ever I on my monitor with my ps3 or via cpu the display only appears 3 secs and suddenly go blank. BUT it's actually not blank. Its very very minimum brightness. Can experts and it specialist please give me some guidance? I be very happy if you can give me a text to my hp to solve my monitor problems. Can text me at 97366478. how old isit?. sounds like capacitor or back light issue...
