I fully understand the landlord's concern cos I also feel that some of the worst tenants I've had were Sinkies. local born and bred type

somehow I find that FTs renting just want to finish their stay here without drama, while Sinkies every small thing also want to fight and argue, especially when it comes to damage they caused.
