My fil n hubby grandpa passed away at 60. Hubby Granny at 90.
My grandpa at 90 , my granny at 101....5 of my mum's bro all passed away before 60


In general, sink Men live shorter than women. I noticed my mil , late granny , aunties...mostly widows live so much longer than their spouse . This is true as their diet is more disciplined than men and they do housework n lots of groceries shopping , all these r also form of daily exercises

older gen ppl's diet r actually healthier

they also eat smaller portions and no processed food. unlike yangster naodays can 3 meals macs or some frozen fried food in cafe
