Need to avoid chewing, or the more solid bits will get pressed into the still new and sore wound.

I would advise avoiding porridge as well.

Stick with thick soup or meat broths that require no chewing. Won't worsen the swollen facial tissues either.

Can buy online from mmmm!, gentlefood (someone already mentioned), even ntuc.

Take the stronger painkillers for the first few days if the dentist gave you 2 types. Esp if it's affecting your sleep. *looks at current time*
