If parent gets 3H in their later years like 60s is still consider as genetic? Mean I will also get?
Yes, that qualifies

you go to any doctor (with proper medical qualifications), they will tell you the same thing, parents have such conditions, you are at a higher risk of getting it too

Why do you want to prove anything against pseudo science?

As long as you focus on doing the right things, you will end up nearer to your goal.

Was asking a friend out for coffee this afternoon then out of nowhere, he mentioned that a common friend had suddenly passed away at 45 years old! Fell into coma, and had a vein burst in the brain.. Coincidentally, I was thinking of asking him out for coffee recently..

Just two years ago, the deceased friend was sharing with me that he was looking to retire soon as his job was hectic, and he had accumulated wealth through multiple property investments..

RIP.

You are right. Maybe I’m kinda bothered by the illness thing she mentioned :(

My wish is not to have any illness and just die due to old age in my sleep. I cannot imagine next time lying in bed all day with illnesses, not able to do anything. I just recovered recently being sick, and those time in bed was terrible. Can’t imagine if having bigger illness lying in bed all day.

Your wish is basically everybody's wish. In reality, the odds are statistically poor.

Having said that you can still try to maintain your health and fitness while crossing fingers that fate doesn't screw you up.

This is basically what I am doing too.

Actually the same happened to my secondary school friend. He was a high flyer at Morgan Stanley. Fainted on a Friday night after attending an event, and declared brain dead on the following Monday. That’s really how fragile life can be.

Sorry to hear your friend passed away so young. Rip.

What are we supposed to learn from your friend? Accumulate wealth through multiple properties? Do regular body check especially on our blood pressure?

There’s no guarantees or a certainty that one will live old and then die. In fact nowadays alot of young people on the surface look very healthy and fine, suddenly they drop dead the very next day.

Just found out that a couple of my seniors (just one cohort ahead) had passed one. One just weeks ago, the other last year. Both ruggers. 😔
