Limo bus from narita

Hi, was wondering whether there is a limo bus from narita to hotel I will be staying at Sotetsu Fresa Inn. Because from what I see on the website, it stops at a nearby hotel, so is it more practical to take the railway instead?

Limo bus is much more convenient, imo.

Limo bus is more convenient if it stops directly at your hotel. Depending on how far it stops and how much you have to walk, how much luggage and children / old people you travelling with.

I'm staying at this hotel that says take limousine bus to Tokyo station, then 10 minutes by Taxi. Previously tried that and was still quite a hassle transferring from Limo bus to Taxi, with very heavy and big luggage. Will try all train this time, with small luggage, though train means 3 transfers, but this time from HND instead of NRT. Chose this hotel again as I know luggage will be much smaller this time.

Do try to get a hotel that the limo bus stops at, if you really want hassle free.
