A good air cooler like Cryorig H7 or CM 212 Evo have equivalent performance while being cheaper. Given weather these days so humid and hot, it's hard to do oc and test. Even on the 240mm rad is hard as heat build up very fast.

Umm, nothing wrong with 240 30mm thick or maybe 120 50mm AIO in its raw performance. It is the crap stock AIO fans that are holding heat dissipation back though 120 30mm rads are a no go.

Swapping to gentle typhoons or even lower tier noctuas will yield a huge unanticipated improvement.

But I'd say go for delidding (voids warranty) first and go for a decent mid tower or full tower air sink because of performance per dollar and lower noise.

Which chip are u using? Varies across the different generations. Also depends on how much u intend to OC, if u want to hit the absolute limit (before LN2), it's advisable to get a 240 40mm. However, if u just want to OC a 0.2 or so, I recon a 120 40mm would be enough. Aside from the radiator, the fan used also important as it is the main source of heat dissipation (maybe can get a 2150 or something RPM and set your own fan curve)
