Hi,
I took an MCITP Server 2008 course there and the trainer is very good. If you want to learn MCITP/MCSA Server, you must ask for Alex Tan to be your trainer http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=35815272&locale=en_US&trk=tyah
As for CCNA, I can't advise because I didn't take it.
Anyway, the job placement is subject to whether the employer want your or not. LithanHall will send your resume to them. Kinda like a job agency.
