Both cannot be call to bar in Singapore. If not wrong, UOL LLB cannot be call to bar in commonwealth countries too.

From Kaplan website, it seem like:

1 LLB stands for Legum Baccalaureus in Latin and is an undergraduate Degree in law.

2 Birmingham City University is listed as a Qualifying Law Degree Provider by Solicitors Regulation Authority.

3 This programme is registered under the Bar Standard Board as a Qualifying Law Degree in the UK.

4 If you are admitted, qualified or authorised to practise in any jurisdiction, you are allowed to practise foreign law in Singapore if you register as a “Foreign Lawyer” under Part IXA of the Legal Profession Act with the Attorney-General’s Chambers’ Legal Profession (International Services) Secretariat. You will not need to take any courses or examinations. Please visit the Ministry of Law for more information here.

5 You may be able to practise in an organisation in Singapore. For more information, please refer to the Singapore Corporate Counsel Association.

So it seem like Kaplan-Birmingham City University will be a better choice compare to ITC-UOL for LLB. However please do your own research if what Kaplan claim for Birmingham City University LLB is true or any misleading words.

For example, BE (Mechanical) RMIT University is recognized by Professional Engineers Board (PEB) Singapore. Kaplan website quote 'The Degree will be the same as that awarded to the on-campus graduates' which is true cause you get the same certificate. However PEB, Singapore do not recognized Kaplan-RMIT BE (Mechanical) cause it does not consider an on-campus degree.
