There's one at Red House level 2 in Ximending and a few in Ximending itself. Good or not, I have no idea. Also in Danshui. The store is by the river.

Also there's Figure 21 (heard that it's expensive). They sell tools as well.

For tools, hardware and such, there's Ivan Leather Craft and Indiana.
