Just received my below average 'A' level results and here they are as follows:
C for H2 Math & Chem, D for H2 Phy, E for H1 Geog, D for GP, B for PW and D for MT.

Missing NTU's EEE by a bit, need some advice!

1) Retake 'A'
2) Look at other uni. Eg SIM
3) Overseas if you want or can afford
4) Go Poly
5) Go to workforce

NTU EEE

NTU EEE - CCD/C and GP/PW - C
H2 pass in Mathematics and H2 pass in Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Computing and H1/O Level pass in Physics.

Compare to NTU IGP 10th percentile, you got lower grades for GP and H1 Geog.
A very borderline case, I suggest you try your best to strengthen other parts of your application, so that you are seen as a better candidate than all other borderline applicants.

Else you may also consider singapore's new universities,

If you are a guy, you have 2 more years to reapply and pray, or to retake certain subjects in subsequent years.

Quite a few of my friends either succeed in getting into NTU after failing for 1 or 2 years, or managed to get in after retaking during NS :)

Quite borderline for EEE. EEE's cohort is really huge though, I think you got a chance.
