Has anyone manage to RMA Logitech mouse brought from Amazon? I have tried to create support ticket from the Logitech website and it has ignored for more than a month. I tried creating new tickets and it was marked as solved without any explanation or reply. The service is damn bad.

I'm already have reservation on Logitech support recently..

tickets also marked as solved even though it is not.. no reply afterward after I'm stating that the issue is not solved!

Anyway, my mouse gotten from Amazon also have issue few months back, I don't bother to RMA it anyway

try contact Amazon support if still within warranty... providing the mouse you bought is sold and fulfilled by Amazon... good luck

Logitech mouse are all under local warranty

If you purchase from Amazon, it will not be covered under local warranty
That's why I suspect the ticket was closed

The box stated 3 years hardware warranty for the mouse. Going to be the 3rd year in coming Nov. The model is "Anywhere Mouse MX" and outside is selling for more than hundred bucks. So I think it is still worth even I shipped it back.

I read that Amazon warranty only last for 30 days, after that you need to contact Logitech. The aftersale service really sucks. Next time I will get Microsoft mouse instead.

There is no way of creating ticket under US website as the website is auto directed. The support should point me to the correct procedure or direction instead of marking as resolved.

Coincidentally, my Logitech mouse is also Anywhere MX.

Try contact Amazon directly since Logitech (U.S) not accepting for RMA. They might be able to help... providing sold and fulfilled by Amazon, and also shipped directly by them to Singapore. I think by forwarder Amazon will ignore as well... good luck

LOL same problem as me.

You can go to any of the country logitech to log an email but it won't work.

Local Logitech will NOT entertain any logitech products outside of singapore simply because logitech do not have international warranty. They will NOT repair your spoil logitech products cause logitech singapore only do replacement, not repair.

Chat with Logitech singapore, they ask me email to logitech USA so they can guide me to do the warranty claim. Email logitech USA and it has been week and they still never reply me. End up still can send me an email to ask if they have solve my issue and if not reply them via that email. I reply back and few days passes still NO email.

SAI logitech support.

Anyway i contacted Amazon telling them logitech singapore do not want to rma for me and amazon refunded me 50% of the cost of the mouse.

I actually RMA-ed my MX anywhere bought from Amazon in 2013 (according to my email/rma correspondence with Logitech). Only issue back then was that they mentioned that since it was bought from a US retailer, they can only send it to a US address. To which I promptly provided a US forwarder address and the new Logitech Anywhere MX was delivered.

Maybe I was lucky.
