Logitech MX Master

I have the above mouse. However, it is very frustrating for me so far.

I have installed the Logitech options. But it is refusing to detect the unifier. Hence, I am unable to use most of the functions.

Despite me installing, uninstalling and reinstalling the prog many times, it is not working.

Anybody whom has Logitech mouse able to help?
