I would like to know if anyone used both the above-mentioned models? If yes, any comments on which is better?

I have the logitech z906 the bass is too powerful i have to tune it down. Overall using out of the box the sound is pretty crappy, i had to install a soundcard to really make it shine. The differenc is night and day. Its recommend you use a premium 5.1 sound card if you gonna use analog or go dolby digital via optical cable.
