Typo? If you are savvy person most likely you wont look for a saving plan.

But even so, saving plans in the market needs to up the game. The saving accounts from the few banks offers much better with liquidity and no commitment except that you need to fulfill the criteria.

Dont think the criteria is hard to fulfill though imo.
