Longterm Prepaid SIM

Hi folks

I'm looking to get a prepaid SIM (preferably one where you can pick your number...but its fine if not). Not too fussed about which network its on so long as they have decent coverage.

Requirements are that it have long validity, I noticed that almost all the top-up cards here give you at most 30 or 50 days, then you need to do it again.

It also has to come with a way to enable at the very least 2-300MB of data per month.

I'm not sure if the phone model matters, but its a Lumia 920, so it's a micro-sim.

Validity for prepaid sim card are standardized at 180 days and you need to topup to maintain the same number and extend the validity.

I don't suppose there's a condensed version of those 79 pages?

I got a Hi card from the Airport when I first landed, it's not the worst, but just to keep data for 30 days and basic usage, it would work out to approx 20$ a month or thereabouts.

For that price I can get a postpaid plan from StarHub using our corporate discount.

Dial *398# to extend expiry by deducting from main account balance.

For hi-card:
a) to extend 60 days at $2 ($0.99 during promotion).
b) to extend 90 days at $3 ($1.40 during promotion).
both r to b deducted frm the main account.

Another way is to login to our hi!Account. The option to extend the validity can be found under "Add-ons".

Activate Data Bundle by dialling *363 then follow on screen instructions

$7 for 1GB for 7days. But if you cannot finish the 1GB by the end of 7days, you can actually roll over instead of subscribing another "$7-1GB-7days" plan. So to "cheat" this system, you have to buy the "$1-10MB-7days" plan to rollover that 1GB you haven't finish.
