Beside Gaming Notebook, i'm looking for a gaming rig (maybe just to replace my notebook).

I just come across this Mobo ->ASUS Maximus VI Impact Mini-ITX
then i wonder if i able to built one with GTX780 (Single will do as i'm not that enthusiast to go for 4x and not going for a bitcon mining).

:D i wonder if anyone here can advice by suggesting how what to mix especially the chassis and how much budget will that be, just for the Rig itself

do note ITX is small so it does heat up more easily plus less airflow as most ITX casing do not have proper place to add fans.

That being said, ITX is considered a desktop and the performance vs laptop is much much better.

Also consider that ITX even though its small, you still need to move the keyboard, mouse, monitor and power plugs(monitor and itx). So technically its not as mobile as you think.

You can get an ITX case with GTX780, but it probably be a bit bigger than expected.
Can consider "Bitfenix Prodigy". Big enough w/ fans

Bitfenix Prodigy Mini-ITX (Black) - MyNeXTComOnline

personally I never seen it, but looks good. Unless you want smaller case

For me, I was planning to get SG08 with GTX780. The reason to get ITX was size, no point getting something so big, might as well get mATX which is cheaper.

i don't mind the keyboard and mouse, in fact i'm already using it with my current notebook.

I'm planning to get a 21' Inch LCD, if i want to go for ITX. O_O or maybe i just stick to Aftershock Notebook
