Comparing my current setup from 2018 to my proposed new setup in 2023 (5 years later).
Any comments on the improvements in performance to handle Fortnite and Diablo 4 (with controller)?
TIA, Thanks in Advance and Overcome!

If you are actually serious about this though, here's a suggestion (based on the above)

Intel i9-13900KS + MSI Z790 Carbon WiFi 1638
(should be fine I guess, it has a POST code though not my favourite PCIe layout)
Corsair iCue H150i Elite XT LCD 385
(fancy LCD, but honestly like above, Arctic Liquid Freezer II is a better cooler thermally for half the price)
G-skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-6400 2x32GB CL32 585 (not sure if it is Hynix A die but definitely at least Hynix M die)
WD SN850X 4TB 999 (just go all the way)
MSI RTX4090 Suprim Liquid X 3079 (just go all the way)
Seasonic GX-1300 379
Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL 262
Corsair ML120 RGB fans 3 pack 148 (to match your Corsair Liquid cooler)

Honestly probably massive overkill for Fortnite, you are more likely to be bound by your monitor, and even if you upgrade monitor, it's still the limiting factor IMO

Looks similar to my list of items.

Intel i9-13900KS + MSI Z790 Carbon WiFi 1638 Same item
Arctic Liquid Freezer II Changed item
G-skill Trident Z5 RGB DDR5-6400 2x32GB CL32 585 Same item
WD SN850X 4TB 999 I no need this, I have bring over
(2x Samsung 860 Evo 500GB SSD, Crucial M4 128GB SSD, Toshiba 2 TB Hard Drive)

MSI RTX4090 Suprim Liquid X 3079 Same item
Seasonic GX-1300 379 Same item
Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL 262 Same item
Corsair ML120 RGB fans 3 pack 148 (to match your Corsair Liquid cooler)
I had bad experience with Corsair, need to buy additional products and may not be connect up to sync the lights, prefer to have no RGB. (Giving me headaches 2 cappuccinos already while waiting for the shop to open)

7527 okay plus minus similar price

The level 4 shop, Fuwell International is it a reputable and long-time trusted retail shop? Or some small shady shop?

I checked they are ACRA-registered entity that has been operating for 31 years 10 months in Singapore since its incorporation in 1991.

If any issues can bring back to the shop or need to self Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with singapore local distributor?

Shop warranty are for their bundle PC.
If you configure and build yourself, you have to troublesome on your own than bring the faulty part to the respective service centre.

I have been buying from Fuwell so no issue.
When asking for PC price ask can get best price or discount.

Usually when I buy from them, they would discount abit.

Seems like I have to go with you in-person physically to Bugis! haha!

Their bundled PC seems underwhelming.

I will prefer PCThemes (same level) and look for Nigel. Just personal preference.

Fuwell probably has more stock and variety. I may be wrong.

I will save some money on the OS and just get from urc*k*y. I bought all my OS licenses there for home use. Do get the "international version" and input promo code (easily found online) before you checkout.

Serious issue, shops have no stock for certain specific parts/components from certain brands and will be unable to deliver (make my PC) by this afternoon for my weekend Diablo 4 Open Beta.

Seems like i will have to make do for this weekend with PS5 and try again in June when launch.

PCThemes is the smaller shop at the rear/back row of shops behind the initial row of visible shops from the escalator? I used to look for a chinese young man YiLong before the pandemic 😷 in 2018.

I may be wrong, YL is Nigel!? Not sure same young man, i know not young liao though. Hahaha. 🤣 My apology to Nigel if I always tort YL and him is same person.

Ya. PCT the shop at the rear end.

I believe in not rushing when building your own PC. You can buy some parts which you think is reasonably price now then when all parts arrived then start building. I can span the whole HW sourcing for my build within a 3 mths period. That is how slow I am. 😂

Personally, I will prefer waiting for Zen 4 7800X3D if I am getting a rig now. But that is just me. Reason being I always repurpose my system and intel 13k CPU (E-cores) scheduling on major hypervisor platforms are still broken, which hinders that.

I just seen him last year 2022, still look young but back then he has no stock for my 4090.

PCT is the dark dark small narrow shop at the back alley?

I usually asked them to help me assemble, that's why : )

Errr.. no Nigel is PC CARE & Solution level, YL is PCT but I don't think he's the only staff you can talk to.
There's another staff a uncle you can also talk to for any pricing/quote.
Fuwell wise you can look for the boss whose hair is dye so should be obvious to spot.

High end parts most shops don't have unless you go Bizgram.
However most will not recommend Bizgram cuz their pricing can be very high compare
with other shops.

A tip if anyone buying from Bizgram, if you think their price is too high just tell it straight to their face.
That you can buy from another shop at cheaper price, whether they want to bring the price
down or not is up to them.

Fuwell usually the staff are behind the counter and didn’t entertain or busy talking to customer.

I went to PCT and same too, the uncle was talking to a student about his computer parts in great details, gave many comparisons and alternatives of what’s good etc but I’m like go there with my wife look like out of place no one entertain me (or is it i didn’t wait for my turn) my wife wears lululemon too eye catching?

No one bothers with me and keeps looking at my wife until she says wait outside the black shop (黑店) that’s what she says every visit even back in 2018. I glanced at the student build is below $3000 but mine is so expensive like uh 😐

I don’t like Bizgram and those other shops Tradepac, Dynacore. For over twenty years, I only patronized Fuwell and PC Themes these two favorites!
