The Singapore Mint occasionally has coin exchange exercises like this one; I participated in one some years back. They also have a coin deposit machine that charges slightly less than banks do, free for up to 1000 coins per person per transaction per day: Coin Deposit via Self Service Coin Deposit Machine. However it is probably a hassle to go there physically.
