looking for a room around ntu

hi
i have an overseas post-grad hk friend who is going to ntu and is unable to find any accomodation so far, even after applying
those they recommend (jianyu/yoha/scholar's residence ) are partially full and are unable to do twin pairing for her. further more the conditions are really much poorer than the oldest rooms in ntu.

would appreciate anyone's help
for a female room around ntu or inside ntu
