Looking for a specific feature/functionality

Hi guys, do ya'll know if there is anyway I can set my phone/number to only pick up calls at certain timing, and outside those timing, those who call can hear a pre-recorded message from me, saying this number is only active from 9-6 etc.

Currently I have voicemail setup for missed calls(during working hours and after), but I want to be able to leave a different message after hours, and if possible don't even let ppl leave voice mails.

Probably can't set up 2 voicemails so is it possible there's an app for this?

seems like what u want might be only try finding in apps. dun think phones have such functions....but voicemail iirc is under telecom right?? still wondering if there is such thing....
