Looking for laptop suitable for poly student with basic gaming specs, preferably with DVD/CD-R.

Basic gaming as in dota/lol kind or witcher 3 kind??? The former even integrated graphics can play but the latter is need dedicated GPU. If you do not need DVD/CD often then just buy external one cause you will be limiting your options. Also, what's your budget?
