Most of the courses and seminars are marketing events to sell you properties esp free ones. others are for crowdfunding activities to buy up activities asking for your membership.

I went to 2 so far, but both companies the time slot for the workshop doesn't fit into mine so I'm trying to find more to attend. Hahaha

Every weekend flipped open the papers there are a lot of overseas property listing together with some 'free' seminars. In reality, nothing is free. They either tailor the talk to make you want to buy their properties or it is just a prep for another course costing thousands of dollar (similar to FX trading lessons) or into crowdfunding where you com up with only 10k and hold factional share of a property with 10 other strangers. The talk itself don't make much money, it is the selling of properties that make money. So in short, no one is sincere in giving you cheap or free education...... also most presenters know nothing much in property investing in the 1st place except their is the best buy.... try asking them the impact of tapering , strengthening of USD, falling of commodity price impact on property price will draw a blank look on their face... the fact is no one knows

There are many stock market seminar out there. Which ones really work? Anyone got attend any of them, apply their method and really huat?

Please if they dont work, provide details and evidence on why they dont work. dont come here and say things based on assumption. The typical assumption is "if the trainers can really make it big, they wont be conducting seminar"
