Looking for some advice on GPU

[Uramasa]

Hi All,

I'm looking for an advice as I would like to upgrade my GPU. Usage is for light gaming, but when used for gaming would like to get at least a decent graphic, on top of that I'm using dual 24 monitors with 1900x1200 resolution (will be switching to single monitor when gaming).

Therefore, I did some research on the internet and considering the following:
1. 960GTX $320ish
2. 970GTX $500ish

any intake on which one that I should go for? or is there any other recommendation for me to consider?

Thank you

For what sort of games?

Decent graphics as in ultra, high or med settings?

witcher 3, latest batman series, etc...
probably between med-high setting, not looking for ultra.
