Looking for Student Designer for Logo Design

Hello, name is Jason and I am in the midst of developing a web portal and am looking for a logo/image designer. The job is to work closely with me and design the main logo for the website as well as other simple images with similar design scheme. Main logo would include bubble human figures similar to the msn messenger logo.

In addition, in the marketing phase of this project, the designer may be required to generate marketing posters as well. Although not required for this role, it would be great if you have had some branding or marketing experience!
