Just like changing lane or exiting without signal are also traffic offences, as are all occupants not using seat belts.
Impossible for TP to be everywhere all the time.

Just take video and submit

nowadays they like to do formation driving, 60km/h on lanes 1 to 3. zero active enforcement by TP

I don't need TP to be everywhere. the thing is, they are not even in anywhere

Treat it as TP endorses it.

Driving on lane 2 express way
Can tp do something about this

Do you have a class 3 driving license? Expressway you want vehicle to drive at 60km/hr you want many drivers to die is it? For cars if speed limit is 80km/hr it's for lane 2. Right lane (Lane 1) is for overtaking so can speed to 94km/hr. If you hit above 95km/hr or higher you get a warning from TP. If you hit 100km/hr you get six demerit points (up from four) and a S$200 (light vehicles) or S$250 (heavy vehicles) fine.

Lorries speed limiter 60km, but they're allow to go extra 14km above (same like cars) that if they need to overtake or when they're on a expressway when the road condition allows.

I am sorry but I gotta call you out on this.

On paper, your maximum speed at Lane 1 is supposed to be 90km/h. TP still have the right to penalise you if you are going at 91km/h because it is by the letter of the law. All they need to do is to prove beyond any reasonable doubt that you are deliberately speeding. As for the range of reasonable doubt, it is at TP's discretion.

As for the lorries' speed limiter, it is a hard 60km/h limit. No more, no less.

Last time van speed limiter was 50km/hr and I got stop by TP before on a 80km/hr expressway. TP told me the highest speed I can go is 65km/hr. Of course he know it's stupid for a van to run at 65km/hr on the expressway when other cars behind me are speeding aro 80km/hr. After a few months all van speed limiter was increase to 60km/hr.

Vans now 70km/h but still see tinted and lowered racing vans going above 100km/h
