Always remember one thing: it is losses on paper. It is not real loss until you sell it, and vice versa.
Since you dabbled in cryptos, you should already know the volatility. The FOMO and FUD are crazy and you can expect fast crashes and fast rallies. You've just experienced the rapid crash... It may or may not have a rapid rally later. We don't know. Just like you didn't expect the crash to happen so quickly. The market is irrational and it goes where it wants to go. It doesn't care what you or others think or expect where it will go.
So why worry? And what has happened has happened. Just go and play games or do your hobby and come back later.

An experienced broker told me before “If you buy a stock and it crashes to the ground. No point being upset and cry, it will not recover your losses. Do this instead: Liquidate your position and buy it back again. Now you look at your losses in the position, it is gone!”

no money left to buy the dip... remaining amount of money in bank is for food... not enough to buy to recover loss
