To be frank, yes. Even sit rejected my friend with 67 rp. It comes down to your overall grade and what subject did you use

If you have anything less than 70RP, the chances of getting in is very very slim.

Not saying it's impossible but it's extremely difficult.

Yeah, I got into NUS with 70RP but I was a private candidate who didn't have the opportunity to take PW so I actually had 70/80RP.

50-60 RP = Private Uni, Overseas
60-65 RP = Private Uni, Overseas, DA into NTU ADM, SUSS PT
65-70 RP = Private Uni, Overseas, DA into NTU Eng, SUSS FT/PT
