I have completed 3 LK ICTs and no HK ICTs.

As I understand it, fulfilling reservist obligations involves 10 ICTs, of which at least 7 are HK.

So (hypothetically), if I get called up for another LK ICT, do I have the right to decline, as it's not going to count towards fulfilling my reservist obligations?

the right
Unfortunately, 'rights' and 'NS' never go hand in hand. :(

Either you find some reason to defer or you'll have to attend.

However, getting a 4th LK is not likely to occur if you're in a combat unit as there is training progression.

This is a common thing in evergreen unit, many will clock more ORNS cycle than what they required

Unfortunately you can't reject it, you can only apply for deferment with legitimate reason

It depends on the unit. My NS unit was trying to clear as many NSMen as they can so they allow those who had fulfilled their LK cycles to call in and defer them to an HK ICT.

I was in such unit loh. My unit no such thing as stand down one, every ICT is HK, potentially one can have 10 HK before MR.
