It's unthinkable people will spend $3500 on the computer yet to live with a insufficiently powered home, which is potentially also a fire harzard.

Also very simply, S$1000 to upgrade your home power suppy to more phases... remaining S$2500 is still enough to get you a kick ass PC.

In fact with the dwindling price of desktop pc. You can spend S$1000 to upgrade the power to your home, another S$1000 on a single unit aircon to your room & the remaining S$1500 is still enough to get you a kick ass PC.

Long story short I stay in an old house and I have to pull the power into my room. Its weak and prone to trips.

Let's not be too hasty to judge guys, TS is staying in an old house he doesn't said it belonged to him, he may be staying there temporarily, they maybe selling it soon, etc etc.
