Hi
Would like to hear feedback from ppl here on low rise condo. Pro and Cons?

Been hunting for a place and finally saw a well maintained unit mid level of a low rise condo, interior - no odd shape and living room and dining area face pool (swimming and Jacuzzi pool).

Appreciate all feedback from experience ppl here

assuming that low rise condo has less than 100units.

i am more of an introvert.
So i prefer quiet and condos with less pple.

many years back, i used to stay in a high rise condo that has 400units and in and out daily, a lot of pple sharing the facilities. i dun get too comfortable with seeing too many pple.

my last low rise apartment, it has only 28units and i love the peace and tranquility.

At night, i can hide in 1 corner of the development, smoke and play my mobile games or surf emdw and no one will disturb me or see me. i love every second of such nights.

so at the end, it all depends on your individual preference.

of course there are 2 sides to each coins and high rise or low rise has it pros and cons.

I personally own 1 low rise unit, chose it because it faces greenery. Low rise units are also nicer if it's pool facing. Just take note that it might be a bit noisy during evenings or weekends if your unit is near the children's pool or playground. And yes, near BBQ pits are a no-no

ya, am aware of the high chance of getting noise from the pool/jacuzzi, this unit only living and dining facing pool..bedroom is facing greenery and queit corner

Thanks for the feedback, Just check and phew... the BBQ is at far far far away corner.

besides noise, low level will be more prone to insects like roaches and flying insects.

I have checked and mid level - not human eye level. The only thing i can see in to living/dining room of opp unit, likewise, they can see in too. But the distance between two blocks is quite a distance. I hope I can get used to it
