Currently I am waiting for my next appointment in Sept for my lower back problem. It has been much much better already.

Recently I slightly sprained my right ankle and went to a TCM for treatment. While treating my right ankle, I was surprised when the physician touched my lower back and said I had a slip disc

This is kind of worrying. Just imagine if the physician is correct :(

Possible lah. Sometimes one can be feeling better while still having a slipped disc. The only way to confirm is to attend the appointment in Sept.
