LTA should just draw season parking lots in all the private estates. Those units with more than one car and can't park in their own garage should pay for season parking to reserve extra lot(s) for them. That will also solve the issue of lorries of different sizes parking illegally in private estate overnight. This will increase government revenue monthly to help the more needy groups. Can use the money to provide free budget meals to those living in rental flats, old folks etc.
