LTE or Wifi Tablet... views?

Battery life wise. Not different if you compare tab s vs tab s lte version. LTE version is going to use more power anyway. More over, you have less available memory compare between 2 models. Is give and take. Unless you are using tab s LTE as a phone, otherwise you still need to carry another phone anyway.

Lte tab, if u always off data whenever not in use..

No, it is still not the same. When you have data mode turn off. The phone mode is still running. If you put yourself into airplane mode, all you do if turn off transmitter and receiver. It save a little but still it takes more power then non LTE model.
