Presently which brand and model of mobile phone support both LTE TDD and FDD system?

Either one only. Not both. Even on 1S 3G. It does not work in USA so take note if you planned to travel oversea with Xiaomi.
That was the case then. Mi Note does support both concurrently, as does a few china brands, e.g. huawei

How about the new Samsung A3 , A5 and A7 ? Are they all support the dual LTE system ?

In addition, the GALAXY A series models support both LTE TDD and FDD (Band 40/2.3Ghz) standards, compatible for usage in countries supporting LTE TDD network such as China, Australia, India, Europe and many more.

For DUO LTE system , does it mean that it will auto login ?

Example if you go China and the mobile phone detect LTE TDD , so the mobile phone will auto login to this LTE TDD 4G ?
