Hi guys, I am going to Taipei next month.

Can a Taipei Taxi's Boot fit in two 28" luggage?
or are the taxi's seat able to put our luggage if the boot doesn't have enough space?

Camry taxi can. 7 seaters like Wish definitely can.

Toyota wish cab in taipei is very common ...
think at least 50% r toyota wish ...

so far my experiences in taipei for my few trips last year...
always flag a cab, less than 2 min will get a cab ...
think their ppl mostly ride bike, hence very few ppl will take cab...

the starting price is 70ntd ...
3train station is abt 115ntd ... so maybe is slightly cheaper or maybe on par with singapore ...
