Luggage tag

Asking a rather silly question. Do you still use luggage tag (name, phone #) for your check-in luggage?

i think luggage belt will be more useful. added protection to prevent luggage opening, easier to identify.

Ya i use the airline provided ones n put in the address where i am going to next.

This is because if luggage is lost, they know where to send it.

I will be taking the Skyliner from Narita to Ueno. Will have a medium size luggage with me. Where do I put the luggage? Do I put it next to me when seated? All seats are reserved right?

There are luggage racks at the end of the train.
