I've had personal experience with their services (also wheel repair) and they did a replacement for me - good as new after that!

Can check out http://www.mirrco.com.sg/ too, I have sent both my Samsonite luggage there for repair or replacement a few times. Cost is around 20-50 depending on the damage.

not many luggage repair shop in sg, and they do quote exorbitant price becos of that...

$60 to $100 for 4 wheel replacement...not sure how good their wheel is..

thinking of replacing the wheel on my own too..just need a pair of allen key..

Cost of labor is high, service never cheap.
Don't want to pay for labor just DIY.

Don't really think that the cost of labor is not high - any idea how much the repair folks are paid?
High labor costs, high rentals are what greedy businesses use to justify prices - many of us know it
As an example, Singapore prime retail rental isn't even among the top 10 global highest, New York 5th avenue is 10x higher than Orchard road

I replaced my own Longchamp 2 wheels, it did cost me some time and also nuts and bolts.
Will also require me to drill out those quick rivets.
So next time my luggage wheels dropped off, i can replace them easily.
Probably will take an hour or so.

LONGCHAMP charges me 100SGD for a pair of wheels replacement job.
Replacing my own wheels costs only a fraction of the bill.

NY is 10*, thus most people will prefer to DIY as bringing out to repair is going to cost a lot.
Singaporeans are not as "skilled" as the the Ang mohs or willing to take the risk to attempt their own replacement.

But need the right tools.
Cannot be buy one set of tools and use once and that's it.

Samsonite used to have a repair shop at IMM. I am not sure if it is still there. I used to send one of my samsonite luggages there for repair. Charges are not cheap as shared by some bros here.

end up (due to laziness) went to Mirrco...and charged $80 for 4 wheel replacement..

really need drill to remove the existing one, and then allen key for the replacement wheel...quick job...$80 is a bit too high price to pay...

mirrco just quoted me $80 for replacement of 4 wheels... that is about 80% the cost of my small american tourister bag :S
