I wholeheartedly believe our new PM Wong will be unlike his ex boss when it comes to the opposition.
First fact being, he has a good mandate to step away from his "old" office.
He can run it the way he wants it to be, not having those old guards around to jjww.
So if you ask me, i believe he understands how to grow singapore better, and to embrace that opposition is here to stay.
And he will move his team in the best possible way to make all Singaporeans happy.
We should move past GE, and give this a chance.

that being said, it's a mature party.
not sure about the political trajectory,
but Ke P's Taiwan People's Party is formed only for 5 years and has 8 legislators elected.
If you set a timeline for failure, it can be detrimental to progress and can lead to decreased motivation and productivity.

the residents are not willing to sacrifice their town improvement carrots, until they see some real challenge on a national scale. Now the WP narrative is not challenging for past 3 elections. When are they going to step up? When can they be the 30% to block bad policies? Those GRC probably are just as disappointed in them, hence choosing PAP.
