Budget: 1-1.1k (stretchable) only for CPU
Usage: The Sims 4, FIFA 15, CS:GO
Has to be m-ATX, space constraint.

G3258 + H97M-G43 $226
1 x 8GB DDR3 1600 $100
ZOTAC GTX 760 - $339
Crucial MX100 256GB - $155
Superflower HX600 $108
Casing?

1. Should I opt for 4460 + B85M-G43 combo? Will B85 be phased out soon?
2. Any alternative casing same as Jonsbo U3 size? The smaller the better.

Thanks guys!

Asrock H81M has only PCI-E 2.0 x16, any major performance difference with PCI-E 3.0 x16?

for the case consider the upcoming NZXT S340, will be priced at 69USD but I'm not sure how much the distro will charge for it when it arrives

TS wants to get a matx case as he mentioned space constraints

S340 is a mid tower case

NXT S340 is still a good candidate for a M-ATX build since it has very small mid tower dimensions. Perhaps the TS can check it out to see if he can accommodate the size.

But is space constraint is the a major issue, the Phanteks Enthoo Evolv is looking good or the Corsair Air 240.

Actually I'm looking for those case that is horizontal. More like a DVD player kind. But I don't think those can fit in a mid to mid-high gfx. And it's kind of hard to find locally apart from Lian-Li which is over budget by a lot.

That's why seeking bros help here who got more experience in the HTPC area.

How about going ITX because space constraints. The CM Elite 120 is a relatively cheap ITX casing that can fit in any GPU.

There is one M-ATX casing that is cheap and look a bit like a DVD player and that would be the generic Vios slim M-ATX casing. It looks something like this:

Not too sure of its specs though as documentation for this casing is scarce due to its dirt cheap nature.

Silverstone RVZ-01 or ML07. Both can be placed horizontal or vertical and they are also able to accommodate high end GPU.

Looks like mini-ITX is your best bet
