M1 data connection problems?

My M1 data connection has been experiencing problems intermittently since October. My phone will show H+, then it will drop to H, 3G or even G at times. Last night, I was at Punggol Waterway area and downloading of images in Facebook was not successful.

Is this my phone having problems or has other people experienced the same issue with M1?

It is suppose to be like this, mobile network switch to idle mode to save battery.

When you are uploading or downloading contents, it will switch to highest speed available, which is H+, when your phone is idling, it will automatically drop to H or 3G.

When signal for 3G(WCDMA) is too weak, it will switch to 2G (EDGE/GPRS).

Having the issue now on southern part of singapore. Having 4g with 2 bar signal but nothing is loading
