You can say that your iPhone screen sometimes not responsive, or your apps keep crashing suddenly when you are using.

Before you go, backup your iPhone and reset to factory settings.

I've went to change my iPhone before because the battery lasted less than 2 hours daily. The person also did the diagnostics things (which I think is crap) and he said I charged it less than 10 hours which is why it was not working well. But the thing is, I charged it overnight the night before. Of course not intentional, but this proves my point the diagnostics is not very accurate.

Best is your be friendly and don't be rude to them although they may be assholes. You can always go back another day and hope the people serving you will be more understanding.

just to talk about my experience recently, 2 weeks ago. my 5s, sometimes screen over sensitive, my finger not touch yet, responce already, and it is not responsive when it is being charged, though i am using original charger and cable. at paragon, 1st thing they told me is they can only do basic dianogsis there, if anything further, i will need to go to A Lab at Wheelock. M1 no more doing iphone servicing from May onwards. So, the guy just ran the dianogsis for my phone, said that based on the result, there are 2 apps crashed before, so maybe the apps causing the problems. I should try restore firmware.

kind of crap for me, but i did not argue more. Restore to default the next day and monitor again. the over sensitive issue still persist. i will go down to the authorised service centre some day when i free.

Bro. Just restore first. Not worth the wasted trip down to the service centers!
