Need some advise

Currently have this setup:-
The ASUS RT-AX86U Pro serves as the primary wireless router in the study room, connected via a CAT cable to the ASUS RT-AC1200G+ in the living room, which is configured as an access point.

If opt for M1 6gbps promotion with free TP-Link Archer BE805, what do I need to do for the change?
Remove Asus RT-AC1200G+ and put ASUS RT-AX86U Pro as Access Point?

Yes, that is the way to go.

RT-AC1200G+ has long been EOLed by Asus so it is a security risk to continue using it, even though the risk is lower when running in AP mode behind the main RT-AX86U Pro.

Should I be worried that my contract document says "true off" instead of "$32.90 per month"?
Anyone else seeing the same?

i re-confirmed with the CSO again yesterday as the website was having glitches with promo code application and I couldn't see the contract and service agreement before the ONT installations.

The CSO then checked and confirmed that after checking my service agreement, promo code was applied successfully and that I will be paying $32.90/mth for 24 months.

Take note even for new customers, the promo of $47.90/mth is promotion price, price will revert to $95/mth after 24-months contract ends

Thanks, lets remind each other again when it is time to recontract or jump ship... :p

For those who took up the 6gbps recontract offer from 500mbps, what did the technician do on ONT appt?

Did he only replace the ONT? Or did he install new fibre cable to a different port on the Fibre Termination Point?

So it becomes $44.90 ( $32.90 + $12) per month for 6Gbps?

Yup $44.90 / mth for 6Gbps with Asus BT10 twin pack. The Asus BT10 was not offered for 6Gbps plan previously so they may remove it once they have stock for the TP-Link BEE805.
so it is saving of $6 vs 4gpbs
since 10gpbs is just $50.90 with the twin pack BT10.

Thanks for all the replies and reading through the thread.
Finally completed my upgrade to M1 2.5gbps plan.

Manage to buy Xiaomi BE7000 at $120 & sold my old TP-Link AX 72 ($60) and new given BE230 ($110)

So far very satisfied with BE7000 performance

How to get the recontract offer? I'm still using 500mbps, contract over but didn't receive any offers.

still very worth.. $12 for 24month only $288.
BT10 (twin pack) now retail at $1299, easily save $1k.

For sure you save quite a bit but not really S$1k as the Carousell BNIB price is now at about S$800 for a pair of ZenWiFi BT10. The price will drop further since more and more M1 users will dump them. Let's see when the price will drop to S$720 (probably soon) and or even S$600 (not so sure how soon).

Same for Archer BE805, it may soon drop to S$300 or even S$240 in the future (not so sure how soon). Listed price is at S$699 but it is sold at much lower price like S$360 BNIB in Carousell.

In any case the M1 6Gbps recontract offer (S$32.9 per month with free Archer BE805 or S$44.90 with a pair of ZenWiFi BT10) is a superb offer if you can get it.
