Depends on your home setup actually, i only use Google to turn on my fan and tv and aircon, play radio etc...

u can topup $5 a month for asus AC1200G router. 24mths is 120 for the router. if you want cheaper, u can buy brand new ac1200g at carousell for around 70. This router is good enough for 500 mbps.

$120 can get much better router now a day or try hwzone sales section. Many 1G subscriber get this router free and selling it off cheap at around $70 to $80.
