M1 has eSIM functionality enabled?

Went to update My M1 app on ios, and the changelog mentions "installation of eSIM profile via QR".

But can't find anything in the app. Does this also mean that Apple Watch LTE support is impending?

I think more towards the iPhone XS/Max/XR instead of the Apple Watch, at least till Series 5.

Yes eSIM is coming for devices that supports it, including the new Apple Watch Series 4. M1 has make it too obvious haha
