Live Chat has 100++ people in queue, and you confirm get cutoff while in queue, then have to rejoin the queue, cut off and repeat. Hotline waiting time is also long, and get hang by the system. Facebook messenger reply only one time, then have to wait again, sometimes taking a few days or weeks to finish a chat to settle something.
M1 impossible to get support nowadays?
