a noob question: once i sign up and paid online plans, can i switch to retailer plan, back & forth depending on my needs?
I think you can opt to stop recurring plan means you will have the options to buy differen t plan options offered by retailers or dont buy plan at all just using the base plan. Should you decide to go back to online plans, you can call to request to opt for the online plan again.

Seems to be that way, for my App, I am given plans to buy(I.e. still can buy non recurring plans via App) and these plans are same as those offered by retailers. Maxx Online exclusive plan types are not there, so only by calling Maxx is possible to get them.

So the “free plan” still valid?
Can port to the “free plan”? Circlelife no more $5 plan.

Just buy $12 plan from the retailer and port in using Maxx app later. After the plan expires, it will roll back to $0 base plan, dont let it stay inactive for more than 90 days, say send at least a SMS.

During the 90days. SMS/data/call still can use as per normal?

So keep active is to make a call or send sms or use the data right?

No, but u can purchase 90 days or 180 days options from app, retailers or their online Shopee or Lazada plaforms which are discounted too.
IIRC the app has a $12 option too, and you can turn on or off auto-renewal during the purchasing process. Under the Buy tab…

I am not aware of auto renewal option for this $12 plan, so it will lock the CC as recurring transactions, no authentication required when renew?

I'm currently on the 14 dollars recurring plan, and yet I can buy the non recurring $12 plan in the app? There is no option to select the start date before payment (my cc is still tagged to account)

Hmm... If u hv an ongoing $14 recurring plan, why are you buying another $12 plan? I think @boonkang did mention two plans can concurring running but how it works like data, call min or SMS deduction it is quite puzzling. May be you can enquire with Maxx? 😊

means recurring right
My understanding is that when auto-renewal is turned on, it becomes a recurring plan. On the following month, $12 will be charged to your credit card and the plan will automatically be renewed.

If you turn off auto-renewal when purchasing, the plan will expire after the 30-day period.
