maxx is geared towards users who want a no-frills, affordable option with solid roaming data bundles and IDD calls. Circles Life, on the other hand, offers more customization with various VAS options, 4G and 5G plans, and data rollover. M1, on the other hand, is focusing on handset bundles with contracts while also offering SIM-only plans at the same time.
