Hi,

I have been noticing my M1 prepaid card balance keep dropping by $0.60 everyday even though I didn't sms call data roam. It's like something keep eating into my balance and now I'm left with low amount. I do not wish to top up as it might eat into my money again. Any help on what can I do to resolve this eating money problem. Please need help asap :/

I think you're on their free incoming call for $0.60 deduction a day lol...

Try calling #100*5*2#, will deduct $1 to change back to normal talk8 plan without the free incoming.

No. I remember activating it but I don't know there is a charge of -60¢. Therefore I activated it.
But now, I have deactivated it already =)

so to deactivate the Free Incoming Call (that deducts $0.60 daily), you have to pay $1 (to switch to another plan)

additionally, since you are on another plan, to activate again the Free Incoming Call plan, need to pay $1 again, then $0.60 for the initial day?

Basically for activation you pay total of $1.60 and deactivation, pay $1. Correct?!!!

Mine drop to zero in just 1 day after I top up my prepaid card even though I rarely use my phone.
